I read How to Do Nothing at the beginning of last year, too! It's wild, isn't it? I still am making adjustments, but I've gotten so much better at being present, and just like you said, I do feel more alive.
Right? It felt like a wake up call in some ways. And I like how it wasn’t radical, like get rid of technology and leave life for a commune, because that doesn’t necessarily work either, but there are so many simple ways to reclaim our attention day to day while still being a part of social media and such. I feel so different having done that this year, and I’m glad you’re feeling more alive as well!
